Medical Benefits

Medical Benefits include: vision, dental, and a choice of two health insurance plans. Families are also eligible for the plans at group rates.

Long and Short-Term Disability

In the event that an employee is disabled, disability insurance programs are in place for income protection while the employee is unable to work.

Life Insurance

 

Life insurance in the amount of $50,000 is provided for the employee.

 

401(k) Plan

Employees are eligible for the 401(k) plan one year after the date of hire.

Profit Sharing

Employee's are eligible for the profit sharing / company match program one year after the date of hire.

Cafeteria Plan

 

Employees may elect to use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain health expenses not covered by other medical plans.

 

Paid Time Off (PTO)

O'Dell Engineering provides 16 days of paid time off (PTO) per year for 7 years and 21 days per year thereafter.

Paid Holidays

O'Dell Engineering provides 8 paid holidays per year.
