O'Dell Engineering is a multi-discipline engineering and surveying firm located in Modesto, California and Palo Alto, California. Since its establishment in 1994, O'Dell engineering has provide an array of professional design and planning services. These services have continued to expand with the firm's growth and led to the addition of the 3D Laser Scanning, Land Planning and Landscape Architecture divisions.
The success of the firm can be attributed to two key elements, retention of preferred clients and realistic assessments of the firm's capabilities and expertise. In addition to O'Dell Engineering's visible success, the firm has established a solid reputation with public and private clients by consistently providing concise and accurate designs, maintaining client satisfaction, and respecting project deadlines.

Mr. O'Dell has over thirty years of professional engineering experience in design, review and processing of infrastructure design. His primary responsibilities have included infrastructure master planning, community and infrastructure design, and negotiations involving agency requirements.
Mr. Crawford has over 16 years of broad based experience in the surveying profession including project management of large scale construction projects, subdivision mapping and public and private boundary surveys. He stays current with advances in survey technology as well as legislation affecting land development, the subdivision map act, and land title issues. He is well versed in land planning and entitlement.
