Los Banos Community Center project is located on an approximately 3.5 acre site in the heart of Los Banos. O'Dell Engineering provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and survey services during schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases for the project. The project included four buildings hosting a variety of community services. Other project improvements included parking, street frontage improvements, activity patios, a courtyard, bocce ball courts, a custom decorative fountain, a grand room terrace and landscape improvements.
