Rogers Fountain, Modesto, CA O'Dell Engineering is leading a volunteer team of local design firms to restore a 19th century Modesto landmark: the Rogers Fountain. The design includes a new public plaza to provide an appropriate setting. Curved granite steps and ramps will give access to the center of the plaza, while a granite seatwall will provide seating and a place for people to meet before outdoor concerts in the adjacent Graceada Park.
