Shaunessy Village, Los Banos, CA This 150-unit residential development focuses on circulation through an integrated park system. The client benefited from this project through O'Dell's innovative land use plan, neighborhood outreach, aid in public consensus and support, resolution of difficult in-fill infrastructure issues, and a regional solution to CalTrans issues.
