Henry Miller Plaza and Fountain is a 2.3 acre centerpiece in the downtown Los Banos area. Planning work included conceptual development of a public plaza with an integral equestrian statue and fountain memorializing an early major California figure and area founder, Henry Miller. O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company’s landscape architecture department was commissioned with the construction management responsibilities of the plaza, as well as design and construction document preparation. Construction documents included grading plans, landscape planting plans, irrigation plans, fountain design details, lighting, sound system, security cameras, booster pump details, and other specifications and details.
