Hollister Park Facilities Master Plan

O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company provided professional services for the City of Hollister Park Facilities Master Plan 2017.  The master plan seeks to celebrate and maintain the small “Hometown, California” environment of the City. Our team provided services including research and documentation for the plan, community outreach, analysis of recreation programming, master plan preparation, capital improvement plan preparation, financial plan preparation, review of development standards, review of City standards and details, and attendance at meetings to successfully develop a Park Facilities Master Plan with the City.
