O’Dell Engineering has provided various civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for the Modesto, Manteca, and Stockton Kaiser Permanente Campuses.
At the 48 acre Kaiser Permanente Modesto Campus, O’Dell provided an entirely new landscape master plan including all parking areas, courtyards, entryways, trails, and open spaces. In addition to planning efforts, improvement plans have also been prepared for new parking lots, storm water holding ponds and for retrofits to the entry drive landscape. Master planning was completed in December of 2013.
At the 11 acre Kaiser Permanente Manteca Campus, O’Dell developed a healing garden and provided retrofits of all landscape areas, seatwalls, courtyards, and irrigation systems. This project also included topographic surveys, ADA upgrades, and pedestrian circulation upgrades. Phase 1 construction was completed in December 2014.
In addition, O’Dell provided surveying services at the Kaiser Permanente Stockton Campus. Services included terrestrial laser scanning and 3D modeling to support fabrication during the extensive remodel of the hospitals radiology lab. Surveying services were performed in 2015.
